Reorganizes app layout and updates UI components ... 18212f4e7f

Replaces the Navbar with a new Sidebar component to enhance navigation
Removes several outdated components and integrates new design elements
Refactors the app's main layout for better readability and maintenance
Updates package-lock.json to reflect package changes and adds 'peer' flags
Enhances the dark mode toggle and overall styling consistency across components

Merge develop into feature/ui_and_color_overhaul ... 2cecabf600

Integrates changes from develop (PRs #10, #11, #12):
- Refactoring cleanup (default exports for components)
- License generation via rollup-plugin-license
- Unix timestamp converter tool

Conflict resolutions:
- Kept feature branch's sidebar layout, routing, and color system
- Deleted CodePage/GeneratorsPage (replaced by tool registry)
- Added licenses and source code links to Home.tsx hero section
- Registered timestamp converter in tools registry
- Fixed lazy imports for refactored default exports

eslint-plugin-react-hooks@7.0.1 (latest stable) does not support ESLint
10 yet.
